Effexor, continued.

This week I'm doing 37.5 every other day and 75 every other day. I was trying to do just the 37.5, but I had some bad dizziness and disorientation the first day. It could've been the ear infection, but just in case, I'm trying this for now.

Otherwise, we're both really sick. Which means we've not been to the gym or anything else but sitting around coughing up our lungs.

I can't wait to get better!

More on withdrawal

I'm doing 37.5 every other day. I feel a detached, confused, and dizzy most of the time, with the intermittent brain shocks. Pondering going back up to 37.5 a day.

The cold is almost gone, and we're getting back to the gym tomorrow. Woot!

Strength without stretching

We've been going to the gym for over a month now. I haven't seen a lot of progress, but that's probably to do with lack of consistency, especially not being able to go when we're sick - along with the fact that my hormones have still not straightened out.

I've been doing a lot of weight training, a little cardio - but no stretching - oops! Today I got my ball out of the corner and did a stretch video I have. I'm way too tight. I couldn't even finish it. That's something I'm going to really have to correct. Time to get down Yoga: Just My Size and yourself!Fitness and get some yoga and pilates in.

I'm off the Effexor - I did manual juice tapering - cutting open the pills and splitting the medicine, then mixing it in juice, so I could take a little every day instead of every other day. It was a lot easier on me, though I'm still getting brain buzzing from time to time, despite having been off it a week or so now.

I really wish the fatigue would ease off already.
